Job summary

Kendo Holdings, Inc. in Saran, France (within LVMH's European distribution network) is seeking a temporary logistics coordinator to manage customer orders from receipt through delivery.

The role covers EU, Export, and UK channels, ensuring top-tier service and OTIF performance. You will collaborate with the Paris supply/sales teams and the San Francisco global operations team, optimizing order flow, coordinating picking/packing, and handling shipping documents and carrier arrangements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in logistics and order management is preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills are required.
• Bachelor-level degree in logistics or international trade is appreciated.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Optimize OTIF for orders considering customer needs and capacity.
• Inform customers about product availability.
• Process orders in ERP and forward to 3PL WMS.
• Coordinate picking and packing with the distribution center.
• Prepare shipping documents and organize transportation.
• Track delivery to final destination and manage claims.
