Job summary

Kendo Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager Customer Service to join our European Distribution Center team in Saran, France (45).

You will be the main contact for customers across internal, EU, Export and UK channels, managing orders from receipt to delivery and ensuring exceptional service to boost satisfaction. You'll collaborate with Paris and San Francisco teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills across channels.
• Highly organized with proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or international trade is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize OTIF for orders, considering needs, inventory, allocations, arrivals, DC capacity and transport plan.
• Inform customers about product availability.
• Process orders in ERP and forward to 3PL WMS.
• Coordinate picking, packing and shipping with DC.
• Prepare shipping documents and organize transport with carriers.
• Track delivery to final destination and manage claims.
