Edgewell is seeking a Customer Service Manager for France, based in Rueil-Malmaison, to lead the market-facing Order Management teams and align with the European CS organization to maximize value for consumers and trading partners.

You will drive Order-to-Invoice, Master Data, and SOX controls, collaborating with Sales, Demand Planning, AR, Finance, and 3PLs to deliver high service levels and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Educated to University degree or equivalent in a numerate discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and SAP/EDI systems.
• Fluent in English and French required.

Responsabilités

• Lead local Customer Service organization to support local business objectives.
• Oversee Order-to-Invoice process with prompt responses and timely returns/credits.
• Manage Order Management, delivery and backorder decisions with customers and carriers.
