Job summary

ZKM Consulting in Paris is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company. You will own enterprise customer relationships across the lifecycle, drive onboarding and adoption, and identify expansion opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Support and Product, playing a strategic role in renewals and growth. English is essential; French is strongly preferred for Paris-based hires. Hybrid work: 2 days in the office, with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Technical Account Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Comfortable owning both customer outcomes and commercial conversations.
• Curious mindset with ability to ask questions and see the bigger picture.
• Organised, proactive and able to bring structure to a fast-moving environment.
• Interest in cybersecurity or complex customer environments.
• Fluent in English; French strongly preferred for Paris-based hires.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international enterprise customers across the subscription lifecycle.
• Lead structured onboarding, discovery and success planning.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and senior business stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption, retention and expansion opportunities.
• Run thoughtful, prepared customer meetings with clear actions and commercial focus.
• Partner with Sales, Support and Product teams to solve client challenges and identify growth opportunities.
• Use customer insight to improve account plans, renewals and the overall experience.
