Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Paris to build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams. You will create practical technical success plans, drive platform adoption, and identify high-value use cases to deliver measurable value.

You will guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerate Time-to-Value, and reduce handover friction while collaborating with product, sales, and engineering teams in a hybrid Paris office environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams, understanding priorities, workflows, and success outcomes.
• Create practical technical success plans to help customers adopt the platform, reduce risk, and realise measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases to make the platform part of everyday security operations.
• Lead adoption, retention, and renewal efforts by surfacing usage insights and mitigating risks.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value and reducing handover friction.
• Champion product feedback and ensure risks and success requirements are visible to internal teams.
