Job summary

Sekoia is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the trusted technical liaison for customers, driving onboarding to renewal. You will analyze architectures, lead practical workshops, and contribute to roadmap insights and renewals within a cross-functional team.

Remote-friendly with trips and hybrid options across Paris/Rennes, you’ll help customers maximize platform value. The role requires engineering mindset, 3–5 years in a similar technical role in cybersecurity SaaS, SIEM

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in CS or cybersecurity.
• 3-5 years in a similar technical role (Solution Engineer or TAM).
• Experience with SIEM solutions and SOC/CSIRT/BlueTeam familiarity.
• Strong teaching and interpersonal skills; bilingual English/French.

Responsibilities

• Technical analysis and optimization: map architectures and optimize usage.
• Product adoption & workshops: co-facilitate workshops and showcase features.
• SLA monitoring & action plan: measure KPIs and propose corrective actions.
• Technical review & ongoing feedback: health checks and roadmap input.
• Critical incident management: coordinate investigations and customer comms.
• Cross-functional collaboration: liaise with Support, Product, R&D, Infrastructure.
