Elastic is seeking aSenior Partner Solutions Architect in France to drive the partner ecosystem and enablement across EMEA. You will lead technical governance, architecture, and business modeling for partner engagements, translating Elastic capabilities into tangible customer value.

You will co-create tailored solutions, support joint GTMs, and advocate for Elastic technology with partners and customers alike.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture or cloud infra.
• 5+ years supporting technology sales for multinational customers.
• Understanding AI/semantic search with RAG, vector search and NLP.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure (MSFT).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Capable of delivering outcomes in ambiguous environments with opportunity.
• Proven track record in customer relations and strong architectural impact.
• Motivated to inspire teams and drive relevant work, not just urgent tasks.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% in the EMEA region.

Responsabilités

• Lead lifecycle of partner agreements from business case to governance and architecture.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value for partner/customer sales.
• Co-create tailored Elastic solutions integrated with partner offerings.
• Co-lead design wins and develop technical blueprints for go-to-market strategies.
• Build trust through technical advocacy and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Support co-marketing with technical collateral and campaigns.
• Author customer-facing publications and stay abreast of cloud/industry trends.
• Develop a focused partner SA network to accelerate Elastic adoption.
