DataDome in Paris is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the EMEA team. You will guide prospects from initial demos to production deployment, acting as a trusted partner to align technical solutions with business goals.

Collaboration with AEs, AMs, and cross-functional teams will be key to delivering tailored, impactful outcomes. The role emphasizes a consultative approach, translating complex concepts for varied audiences, and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced AI-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years pre-sales experience within an enterprise level SaaS ecosystem.
Consultative approach to solving customer business challenges.
Experience translating technical concepts for varied audiences.
Understanding of web-based solutions and structured data.
Analytical mindset with strong client relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

Understand complex customer business problems and advise deployment of the DataDome solution.
Visualize customer systems and information topology.
Lead technical discussions with prospects to define challenges and success criteria.
Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and demos highlighting DataDome’s differentiators.
Ensure solution meets business objectives and technical requirements during evaluation.
Configure prospect environments to enhance bot detection.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to promote adoption and capture feedback.
Work with Account Executives to qualify and track opportunities in Salesforce.
