DataDome, based in Paris, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our EMEA team. You will partner with AEs/AMs and clients from initial demos through to production deployment, delivering tailored solutions that address complex business challenges and ensure measurable success.

You will sit beside clients as a strategic partner, expanding your technical expertise while advocating for client needs. The role blends technical depth with business impact in an AI-driven, security-conscious SaaS

Qualifications

• 5+ years pre-sales experience within an enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
• Experience translating technical concepts into language for varied audiences.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Understand complex customer business problems and advise on deploying DataDome solutions.
• Visualize customer internal systems and information topology.
• Lead technical discussions with prospects to define challenges and success criteria.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and demos showcasing DataDome’s differentiated story.
• Guide customers through evaluation to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Configure prospect instances to enhance bot detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote adoption and incorporate customer feedback.
• Work with Account Executive team to assess and track opportunities in Salesforce.
