Lever, Inc. is seeking a Partner Engineer based in France to serve as a senior technical advisor across a strategic EMEA partner ecosystem.

You will enable systems integrators, agencies, ISVs, and technology partners to architect and deliver modern digital experiences, with a focus on composable architectures, AI, integrations, and data governance. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in SaaS or PaaS environments (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture).
• Strong hands-on experience with headless/composable architectures and modern frontend patterns.
• Comfortable building working prototypes when production coding is not required.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding and development tools to speed prototyping.
• Familiarity with CMS/DXP platforms and partner ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to enable partners to lead technical conversations.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of 20–30 strategic EMEA partners.
• Develop and execute partner technical enablement strategies including training and certifications.
• Review partner accelerators, integrations, and marketplace applications for quality and architecture.
• Provide credible technical feedback to partners and help improve their solutions.
• Support partner-sourced opportunities with architecture reviews and proofs of concept.
• Guide partners in designing reference architectures across commerce, DAM, search, and personalization.
• Advise on GDPR, data residency and EU hosting requirements.
• Build long-term external technical relationships and enable partner-led conversations.
