Key Responsibilities
- Role: Responsible for the success of the day-to-day omni order fulfillment and omni return processing within SLAs, supporting and communicating with the 3PLs teams in a timely manner.
- Support Online order fulfillment through Stores operational tasks. This includes but is not limited to online and in-store orders and returns fulfilled and processed in-store, collect in store orders and returns.
- SLA management and maintenance include fraud reviews, late orders, unallocated orders, sold outs, re-allocations, order errors, faulty stock management (including owning the communication and follow-ups with the Store teams and Client Services).
- Assist the e Commerce Coordinator with weekly and monthly calls for 3PLs and stores.
- Support B&P replenishments and recalls operations through stock investigations with 3PLs and stores.
- Assist the e Commerce operations team with omni-inventory management to minimize sold outs, improve accurate stock levels in preparation for annual stock takes.
- Support the 3PLs and stores with bi-annual stock takes periods.
- Support the 3PLs with planning and always maintaining sufficient packaging stock levels.
- Assist with weekly, monthly and yearly reporting on volumes and performance KPIs.
- Provide input to strategic decisions and support automation initiatives that affect the functional area of omnichannel fulfillment and return processing attending meetings and assisting with testing when required.
- Liaise with the relevant teams (Stores and Client Services) to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues and ensure omni performance is always met, keeping focus on the client.
- Act as the One-Client-Vision ambassador within the store network to ensure omni success advocating the importance of client experience and quality control.
- Assist in creating and maintaining training guides for all omni-fulfilment processes, including seasonal initiatives (i.e., Gift-With-Purchase) and support with the roll-out to the Store teams, including creating policies and procedures and holding specific training sessions when required.
- Support the e Commerce Coordinator with weekly, monthly and yearly touch-bases with the EU Retail team to review performance, discuss upcoming plans and initiatives, as well as schedule 3PLs visits as needed.

Skills and Specifications
- Computer literacy with use of Microsoft Office and particularly MS Excel. Use of AP21, Global-E, NewStore is a plus.
- Solid understanding of online, retail and omnichannel operations.
- Fraud management experience and particularly with Adyena.
- Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment.
- High level of written and oral communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and to a time frame.
- Team Player.
- Higher education qualification from a business school or equivalent university with an aptitude for figures, stock investigations and e-commerce operations.
- Ideally demonstrate an interest in the fashion and luxury sector.
