Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) verbal and written; good knowledge of English (B1).
• Strong communication abilities with attention to detail.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with common software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by handling calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications.
• Manage written requests from customers and ensure smooth direct debit processes.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of administrative tasks.
