Concentrix Bulgaria is hiring a Customer Advisor for a hybrid role in Sofia, requiring Dutch (C1) and English (B1). You will engage with customers on balances and direct debits, manage written requests, and maintain high service standards.

The position offers relocation support, fully paid onboarding, and a benefits package including health and life insurance, transport allowance, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1).
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details.
• Computer skills including software and tools.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break).

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers by handling calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications.
• Manage written requests from customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining administrative task standards.
