Concentrix Bulgaria is seeking a Customer Advisor to join the team in Sofia. The role is hybrid, with Dutch language requirement and English knowledge expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B1).
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Engage with Customers by handling calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications.
• Manage written requests from customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks.
