Concentrix Bulgaria seeks a Customer Advisor in Sofia for a hybrid working arrangement. You will engage with customers, handle calls about balances and direct debits, and process written requests while delivering high-quality service.

Fluency in Dutch (C1) and strong English (B1) support this role, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. The job offers relocation support, comprehensive training, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1).
• Excellent communication skills and sharp eye on details.
• Computer skills including software's and tools.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break).

Responsabilités

• Handle calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications.
• Manage written requests from customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks.
