Concentrix Bulgaria is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join a hybrid team in Sofia. You will handle calls regarding balances and direct debits, manage written inquiries, and ensure smooth payment processes while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires Dutch fluency (C1) and English knowledge (B1), strong communication, attention to detail, and solid computer skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:00, with a 1-hour break.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1).
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details.
• Computer skills and familiarity with software/tools.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers by handling calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications.
• Manage written requests from customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining administrative task standards.
