Concentrix Bulgaria is offering a hybrid Customer Advisor role in Sofia for Dutch speakers. You'll relocate from your current location and join a team that values strong communication and precise administrative work.

You'll receive a competitive gross salary of 2045.17 EUR per month, plus a relocation package and comprehensive training. The role includes a standard Monday–Friday schedule and access to health and life benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills with standard office software.

Responsabilités

• Handle calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications.
• Manage written requests and ensure seamless direct debit processes.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining administrative tasks.
