Concentrix Bulgaria seeks a Customer Advisor to join our hybrid team in Sofia. You will handle calls regarding balances, direct debits, and scheme changes while delivering courteous, efficient service.

Relocation support is provided, including accommodation and upfront payments. The role includes fully paid initial training, career development programs, and health and wellbeing benefits, with a Monday–Friday 09:30–18:00 schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1).
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details.
• Computer skills including software and tools.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break).

Responsabilités

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks
