Description

The Account Management Team works to ensure that our customers are maximizing the value of their investment with Forterro. We believe in doing whatever it takes to make our customers successful, and the Account Management team drives that success every day. As an Account Manager within the Digital Sales Team, you'll be managing a large portfolio of clients that are of strategic importance. Account Managers within our Digital Sales team work collaboratively with marketing to run campaigns on a “one to many” basis identifying opportunities that ultimately lead to expansion, renewals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and maintain relationships with approximately 200 customers.
  • Prioritise your customer base to ensure focus is placed on accounts with the highest potential.
  • Collaborate with marketing to run “one to many” campaigns that lead to ACV growth.
  • Exceed targets by upselling the following solutions to existing customers: Cloud Conversions, Additional Licenses / Modules and Recurring Services.
  • Develop short, medium and long-term sales plans to exceed your targets.
  • Gain command of our corporate message, leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities to help clients understand and grow their business.
  • Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with senior level executives to understand their objectives and clearly articulate how our solutions can help.
  • Adhere to the Forterro Sales Process and adopt our sales best practices which includes MEDDPICC qualification and the creation of sales artefacts.
  • Negotiate contracts that align with our profit targets, whilst ensuring maximum value to the customer.
  • Exceptional Salesforce hygiene to track customer activity, pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

We are looking for a professional with 1-2 years of proven experience in growing existing customers or acquiring new business, ideally in the High tech/SaaS space. You should have a consistent track record of meeting quota targets and managing pipelines effectively. Expertise in value-based solution selling is essential, along with a passion for forecast accuracy and strong follow-up skills. Knowledge of wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing industries is a plus. Excellent presentation abilities and confidence in engaging decision makers are required, as well as powerful communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions. A collaborative mindset, adaptability to a fast-changing environment, and proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel will set you apart.
