Jobtailor is seeking a client onboarding specialist in Soyaux, France. You will support new clients adopting the firm’s digital tools, guide them through electronic invoicing workflows, and deliver tailored training sessions.

You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth initial communications and identifying areas for onboarding improvements. The role involves managing multiple client files with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Reliable and committed with strong client-service mindset.
• Proactive and self-motivated; doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
• Organized, autonomous and able to see tasks through to completion.
• Solid understanding of how an accounting firm operates and strong accounting/tax fundamentals.
• Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new skills.
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing reform is a plus.
• Ability to create clear training materials and deliver sessions.
• Capable of managing multiple client files in parallel.

Responsabilités

• Support new clients adopting firm’s digital tools (client portal, invoicing software, document uploads).
• Guide clients through electronic invoicing processes (connect to dematerialization platform, upload invoices, validation workflow).
• Create tailored training materials and deliver training sessions (internal or external).
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication at start of relationship.
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and help optimize onboarding processes.
• Detect additional client needs and escalate to designated chartered accountant.
• Maintain hands-on involvement with a suitable client portfolio.
