Jobtailor is seeking a proactive onboarding consultant to support new clients in adopting the firm's digital tools, including the client portal, billing software, and document upload. You will guide them through implementing electronic invoicing and connecting to the e-invoicing platform, manage approvals, and submit invoices.

You will develop clear training materials and deliver short sessions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth communication.

Responsabilités

• Support new clients in getting started with the firm's digital tools: client portal, billing software, document upload, etc.
• Guide them in implementing their electronic invoicing process: connecting to the e-invoicing/dematerialisation platform, submitting invoices, and managing the approval workflow.
• Create clear, tailored educational materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external.
• Act as the liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the outset of the relationship.
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process.
• Detect additional client needs and escalate them to the assigned chartered accountant.
• You will be assigned an appropriate client portfolio to maintain hands-on operational accounting experience.
• Regular client visits will be required.
