Jobtailor in France is seeking a proactive onboarding specialist to help new clients start using the firm's digital tools, including client portal and invoicing software.

You will guide clients through electronic invoicing workflows, create clear instructional materials, and deliver brief training sessions, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

This role involves managing a tailored client portfolio and continuously identifying improvements to the onboarding process.

• Support new clients in getting started with the firm's digital tools.
• Guide clients through implementing electronic invoicing processes.

• Serve as the link between client and internal teams for smooth communication.
• Identify malfunctions, propose improvements, and optimize onboarding.
• Detect additional client needs and escalate to the assigned accountant.
• Maintain a tailored client portfolio with hands-on involvement.
