Jobtailor is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to help new clients adopt our digital tools, including the client portal, invoicing software, and document upload. You will create learning materials and conduct short trainings, ensuring a smooth start to the relationship.

You will act as the link between clients and internal teams, identify needs, propose improvements, and manage multiple files and projects with a proactive, client-focused mindset.

• Comfortable with digital tools and upskilling independently.
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing reform and client onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and escalate when needed.
