Jobtailor in France is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through the Equinox Corporate / Law Firm IP Management System from contract signature to go-live. You will act as the primary onboarding contact, develop schedules, conduct discovery with clients, deliver product trainings, and configure solutions to meet requirements.

Fluency in English and French or German is required; Spanish is a plus.

• Experience onboarding clients to software platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects to deadlines.
• Fluent in English and French or German; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients onto Equinox Corporate / Law Firm IP system from contract to go-live.
• Lead onboarding journeys and act as primary contact during onboarding phases.
• Develop onboarding schedules and timelines; conduct discovery sessions.
• Deliver product training and configure technical solutions to client requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Manage deadlines and coordinate with clients to achieve successful implementations.
• Work both independently and as part of a team on onboarding projects.
