Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to help new clients adopt our digital tools, including the client portal, invoicing software, and document upload. You will create learning materials and conduct short trainings, ensuring a smooth start to the relationship.

You will act as the link between clients and internal teams, identify needs, propose improvements, and manage multiple files and projects with a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Job description

Overview

Support new clients in adopting the firm\'s digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document upload, etc. Guide them in implementing their electronic invoicing process: connecting to the dematerialization platform, submitting invoices, approval workflow. Create clear, tailored learning materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external. Act as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the start of the relationship. Identify issues, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process. Identify additional client needs and escalate them to the assigned lead accountant. You will be assigned an appropriate client portfolio to maintain hands-on operational work.
