Jobtailor in France is seeking a proactive onboarding specialist to help new clients start using the firm's digital tools, including client portal and invoicing software.

You will guide clients through electronic invoicing workflows, create clear instructional materials, and deliver brief training sessions, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

This role involves managing a tailored client portfolio and continuously identifying improvements to the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Support new clients in getting started with the firm\'s digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document upload, etc.
• Guide them through implementing their electronic invoicing process: connecting to the e-invoicing platform, submitting invoices, and managing the approval workflow
• Create clear, tailored educational materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external
• Act as the link between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the outset of the relationship
• Identify malfunctions, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process
• Detect additional client needs and escalate them to the assigned chartered accountant
• In parallel, you will be assigned a tailored client portfolio to maintain hands-on operational involvement in the role
