Jobtailor is seeking a client onboarding specialist in Soyaux, France. You will support new clients adopting the firm’s digital tools, guide them through electronic invoicing workflows, and deliver tailored training sessions.

You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth initial communications and identifying areas for onboarding improvements. The role involves managing multiple client files with autonomy.

• Capable of managing multiple client files in parallel.

Responsabilités

Overview

• Support new clients in adopting the firm"s digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document upload, etc.
• Guide clients in implementing their electronic invoicing processes: connecting to the dematerialization platform, uploading invoices, validation/approval workflow
• Create clear, tailored training materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the start of the relationship
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process
• Detect additional client needs and escalate them to the designated chartered accountant
• You will be assigned a suitable client portfolio to maintain hands-on operational involvement in the role
