Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Medical Representative (M/F) in Neurosciences Immunology in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region. The position is to be filled ASAP on a 1-year fixed-term contract (CDD).

MISSIONS

Based on their knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced by all actors in the care pathway, the Medical Representative's mission includes:

• Promoting and ensuring the proper use of medications under their responsibility among healthcare professionals involved in the care pathway, respecting regulations and procedures, including the Promotional Information Charter and its reference framework.
• Connecting the needs and challenges of care pathway actors with Janssen's resources and services, ensuring feedback is provided to healthcare professionals to improve customer satisfaction.
• Designing and managing the Sectoral Action Plan (PAS) based on regional objectives.
• Developing projects around medications in collaboration with all care pathway actors and Janssen teams.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

1. Promote medications and ensure their proper use among healthcare professionals, respecting current legislation:
2. Conduct promotional and proper use discussions with targeted healthcare professionals, face-to-face, in groups, or remotely, using validated communication tools.
3. Respect rules for organizing meetings with healthcare professionals as dictated by the professional, internal structure, and health establishment.
4. Inform and respond to healthcare professionals' inquiries about medications, their characteristics, efficacy, tolerance, and differential advantages, strictly respecting the Marketing Authorization (AMM).
5. Respond to client needs by providing services around the medication to help achieve therapeutic goals.
6. Connect clients to appropriate Janssen resources and services.
7. Relay healthcare professionals' needs within Janssen (RSR, RSPIR, RGC, etc.) and ensure responses are provided respecting regulations, to optimize customer satisfaction.
8. Share information daily via the company's CRM tool.
9. Design and implement the Sectoral Action Plan (PAS) based on regional objectives:
10. Propose promotional actions and resource allocation for the sector.
11. Implement the sectoral plan respecting workload, deadlines, and budgets.
12. Prepare, organize, and lead professional communication actions using validated tools.
13. Analyze and monitor results and customer satisfaction indicators.
14. Maintain competitive intelligence and internal feedback.
15. Develop projects around medications in collaboration with all stakeholders, managing logistics and compliance.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• General education: Diplôme or professional visitor card (equivalent).
• Professional experience: Confirmed expertise in hospitals and related environments, ideally with knowledge of clients and establishments in the mentioned therapeutic areas. Residency within the ARS is required.
• Essential skills/knowledge:
• Knowledge of medications and related environments, especially PMR/MARR and BUM.
• Mastery of service offerings associated with medications.
• Ability to identify and question actors in a complex environment to understand their roles and needs.
• Ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with healthcare actors in both city and hospital settings.
• Regular reporting on competitive intelligence activities.
• Effective communication tailored to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in face-to-face, group, and remote communication.
• Coordination skills in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as PC, iPad, Office suite, SharePoint, remote visit tools.
• Knowledge of current regulations: DMOS-LAC, PV, AMM, promotional info charter, Safe Fleet, event organization rules.
• Understanding of indicators and analysis tools for planning and evaluation.
• Rigor, organizational skills, and proactive approach in project management.
