A leading customer experience solution provider in France is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist to ensure clients have a seamless onboarding experience with their software solutions. This hybrid role includes working remotely three days a week and in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays. You will help clients get the most out of their systems and build strong relationships by advising on best practices. Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (C1 level).
• Strong communication skills to engage with clients.
• Proactive mindset focused on customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Act as an Implementation Consultant for software solutions.
• Guide clients through onboarding and post-onboarding processes.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to promote software adoption.
• Advise clients on best practices and optimization strategies.
• Track data from onboarding to license activation.
