Candidates must be fluent in English and French and possess strong communication skills. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary of €1,687.26 gross per month plus a quarterly bonus, along with relocation support to Bulgaria.

Qualifications

• English and French at C1 level (written and spoken).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Act as an Implementation Consultant for software solutions.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and adoption.
• Conduct face-to-face customer meetings.
• Advise clients on best practices.
• Track data to meet KPIs.
• Use CRM systems for client activities.
• Resolve client issues.
