A dynamic digital solutions provider in Avignon is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist to enhance the client onboarding experience. The role requires strong communication skills in both English and French, with responsibilities including guiding clients through onboarding, conducting meetings, and advising on best practices. A monthly salary of €1,687.26 gross, with work hours from Monday to Friday and a hybrid model that includes remote work options, is offered along with relocation support to Bulgaria.

Qualifications

• C1 level in English and French (written and spoken).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as an Implementation Consultant for various software solutions.
• Guide new clients through onboarding processes.
• Conduct customer meetings to promote software adoption.
• Advise clients on best practices and optimization strategies.
• Track onboarding data and meet KPIs.
• Resolve client issues using troubleshooting tickets.
