A leading freelance marketplace is seeking a Customer Operations specialist in Paris. You will manage client operations, drive project renewals, and serve as the primary contact. The ideal candidate has a background in Customer Experience Management and is proficient with GSheet and Notion. Qualifications

• Background in Customer Experience Management, Operations, or Account Management.
• Proficiency with Advanced GSheet and Notion, knowledge of Looker and AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Operational mindset with knowledge of billing and contract management.
• Native English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Handle quote and timesheet validation for non-autonomous clients.
• Accountable for anticipating ending projects and securing renewals.
• Serve as the primary contact for incoming client requests.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts and internal processes.
• Conduct demos to educate clients on managing their operations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on renewals and PO management.
• Identify operational pain points and deploy automated solutions.
