• Act as an Implementation Consultant for various software solutions.

• Track data from onboarding to license activation.
• Use CRM systems for client-related activities.
• Resolve client issues using troubleshooting tickets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as an Implementation Consultant for various software solutions
• Guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding and post‑onboarding process
• Conducting face‑to‑face customer meetings to promote adoption and ongoing engagement with various IT solutions
• Advising clients on best practices and optimization strategies
• Tracking data from onboarding to license activation to meet KPIs
• Using CRM systems for client‑related activities
• Resolving client issues using troubleshooting tickets

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break

Hybrid role: 3 days home office; Monday & Tuesday in office

Salary: €1,687.26 gross per month + quarterly bonus

We provide full support with relocation to Bulgaria, including flight and hotel accommodation.
