A leading organization in Île-de-France seeks a professional to manage the customer RFP process and develop strategic relationships. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, ideally within the aerospace or industrial sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze data are essential, with bilingual proficiency in English and French preferred. The role offers a CDI contract for a 35-hour work week, focusing on daytime work hours.
Reports to Business Development Director - Aerospace Division. Leads and owns deliverables with customer specific projects. Identify strategic opportunities for Senior to create value with new customers. Creates, cultivates and maintains strong customer relationships (both internal and external) throughout all levels of the organization(s). Participates in the resolution of customer concerns, contract enforcement and analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures and acts as liaison between customers and company departments.
Bachelor's degree required and five years' experience or equivalent combination. Minimum 4 years in the sales, customer service or contracts administration function in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the aerospace or industrial industry highly desirable. Customer focused, maintains high energy and sense of urgency. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm in the face of adversity. Able to quickly analyze data and generate countermeasures that meet customer expectations and organizational objectives. Efficient in the use of Power Point presentation tools and Excel spreadsheets. Bilingual (English/French) highly desirable.
