Concentrix Bulgaria is hiring a Customer Advisor to relocate to Sofia and work in a Hybrid role, handling Dutch and English communications and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

You will support customers, manage direct debit tasks, and contribute to a high standard of service while adapting to a dynamic environment. The package includes relocation support, paid onboarding, and career development opportunities.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B1).
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Computer skills with common software/tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Working hours Mon–Fri 09:30–18:00 (1h break).

Responsabilidades

• Handle calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications.
• Manage written requests and ensure direct debit processes.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining administrative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
