Concentrix Bulgaria is seeking a Customer Advisor to relocate to Sofia and work in a hybrid role. You will handle calls about balances and direct debits, while delivering excellent customer service.

Fluency in Dutch and good English, plus strong communication and attention to detail, are essential. The position offers relocation support, fully paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
