Concentrix Bulgaria is hiring a Customer Advisor to join its hybrid team in Sofia. You will handle customer inquiries, manage balance-related calls, and ensure smooth direct debit processes.

Fluent Dutch and good English are required, along with strong communication, attention to detail, and solid computer skills. Relocation support and fully paid onboarding are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1).
• Excellent communication skills and sharp eye on details.
• Strong computer literacy with office tools.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers by handling calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications.
• Manage written requests from customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
