Concentrix Bulgaria is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our hybrid team in Sofia. You will handle calls related to balances, direct debits, and account changes, delivering excellent service and accurate administrative support.

Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B1) is required, with strong communication and detail orientation. The role includes a structured training program, competitive monthly salary, relocation assistance, and a path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
