Concentrix Bulgaria is relocating you to Sofia for a hybrid Customer Advisor role, with emphasis on Dutch language proficiency. You will engage with customers, manage direct debit processes, and uphold administrative standards while delivering strong service.

The position offers comprehensive training, relocation support, and a benefits package including health and life insurance, transport allowance, and company events. Fluency in Dutch and working knowledge of English are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
