Concentrix Bulgaria is hiring a Customer Advisor in Sofia for a hybrid role. Dutch language skills (C1) and good English (B1) are required to deliver excellent customer service and manage direct debit processes.

You will receive a relocation package, fully paid training, health and wellbeing initiatives, and a range of perks. Working hours are Mon-Fri 09:30–18:00, with convenient access to transport.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B1).
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with software/tools.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Handle calls for outstanding balances, direct debits and scheme changes.
• Manage written requests from customers and ensure direct debit processes.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining administrative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
