Concentrix Bulgaria is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our Sofia team on a hybrid basis. You will handle customer inquiries, manage direct debit processes, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

The role requires Dutch (C1) and English (B1), excellent communication, and strong attention to detail. We offer fully paid onboarding, relocation support, health and life insurance, and other employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) verbal and written; good English (B1).
• Excellent communication and sharp eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with common office software.

Responsabilités

• Engage with Customers by handling calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications.
• Manage written requests from customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
