Concentrix Bulgaria is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our hybrid team in Sofia. You will handle calls for balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications, while delivering helpful, professional service in Dutch and English.

We offer a competitive gross salary of around 2,045.17 EUR monthly, relocation support, full onboarding, and ongoing development opportunities in a diverse, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1) required.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities; computer skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers by handling calls for balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications.
• Manage written requests from customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
