Concentrix Bulgaria is seeking a Customer Advisor for a Hybrid role in Sofia. Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B1) is required, with strong communication, attention to detail, and solid computer skills.

You will handle customer inquiries, manage direct debit processes, and deliver high-quality service in a structured environment. The role offers relocation support, comprehensive training, and opportunities for professional development and career navigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
