Job summary

Concentrix Bulgaria is hiring a Customer Advisor to relocate to Sofia and join a Hybrid role with Dutch language responsibilities. You will engage with customers, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent service.

Core hours are Monday–Friday from 09:30 to 18:00. The package includes relocation assistance, fully paid onboarding, health benefits, and development programs to map your career path in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written) and English at least B1.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with common software.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities.
• Working hours: Monday–Friday 09:30–18:00.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls for outstanding balances, direct debits and scheme modifications.
• Process written customer requests and ensure smooth direct debit operations.
• Provide high-quality service while completing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
