A multinational technology company in Corcelles-lès-Cîteaux is seeking a CRM & Data Quality Owner to enhance customer engagement through smart data management. The successful candidate will manage Dynamics 365 and ensure data accuracy while supporting analytics and customer experience programs. This role requires strong analytical skills, a degree in Business or a related field, and proficiency in Power BI. A global mindset and fluent English are essential, along with a willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years CRM/Analytics experience.
  • Experience in customer management processes is a plus.
  • Interest in AI/automation appreciated.

Responsabilités

  • Administer and improve CRM objects and data quality.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and datasets.
  • Consolidate CX data to identify trends and performance drivers.
  • Collaborate with Regions for data validation and best practices.
  • Support adoption of automation solutions to boost efficiency.

Your opportunity

Make a real impact by driving how we engage customers through smart CRM, quality data, and insights. You’ll own Dynamics 365, elevate data quality, and partner with global Sales, Marketing and Services teams. A role for someone who loves connecting tech, data, and business to fuel Customer Experience

Your Mission
CRM Ownership & Data Quality
  • Administer and improve CRM objects, workflows, access; drive data quality actions (dedupe, standardize, enrich) across accounts/contacts/leads/opportunities/installed base.
  • Define and track data quality KPIs; coordinate remediation with Sales regions and align process‑es with CM&E global roles.
Analytics, Dashboards & Insights
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and self‑service datasets; translate business questions into actionable insights.
  • Ensure governance of data flows with clear report and dataset ownership.
Customer Experience (CX) Program Support
  • Consolidate CX data (NPS/CSAT, tickets, verbatims) to identify trends and performance drivers.
  • Co design improvement actions with business teams and track impact in Power BI.
Business Partnering & Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with Regions, Marketing & Services to validate data, harmonize definitions, and embed best practices.
  • Support adoption and drive automation (Power Automate/AI) to reduce manual work and boost efficiency.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Business/Data/Engineering
  • min 3 years CRM/Analytics experience
