A leading vitamin gummy company is seeking a Country Sales representative for remote work in France. You will be responsible for acquiring partners in pharmacy and retail sectors, and your compensation is commission-first, starting with 20%. Ideal candidates have sales experience in FMCG or pharmacy, with existing French contacts being a major advantage. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity for significant earnings based on performance.

  • Acquire French partners including pharmacy groups, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Own negotiations, closing, onboarding, and account growth.
  • Build a long-term pipeline and drive reorder velocity.
  • Coordinate promotions, listings, and market strategy execution.

Compensation
  • First 12 weeks: 20% commission on any cash-in you generate
  • After 12 weeks: Option to move to base + 20% commission after proven wins
  • Initial: 20% cash-in commission, uncapped

What We’re Looking For

Your Responsibilities

Earnings Example
  • €40,000 cash-in / month€8,000 commission
  • €110,000 cash-in / month€22,000 commission
