Location

Minimum level of experience required

6 years or more.

Required authorisations

• Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Human Resources, Management, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in process digitalization and change management.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and teamwork.
• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese (working language) and professional English required; French is an asset.
• Valued Certifications / Training: Advanced/Expert Excel.
• Advanced training or certification in Power BI and/or PowerApps.
