Your Mission

As a Premium Concierge, you’ll handle a wide variety of requests including:

• Travel bookings (taxis, flights, hotels)
• Restaurant reservations
• Lifestyle recommendations
• Assistance with insurance, banking, and more

You’ll be expected to:

• Provide tailored solutions with creativity, resourcefulness, and care
• Deliver a unique experience that reflects the John Paul standard
• Build trust and rapport with members through outstanding service

What You’ll Do

• Manage member requests via phone and digital channels
• Identify needs and offer personalized recommendations
• Anticipate desires and go above and beyond expectations
• Ensure precision and reliability in every interaction
• Use CRM and office tools to track and fulfill requests

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Minimum BTS or equivalent
• Languages: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); a third language such as Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus
• Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and service orientation
  • Empathy, perseverance, and responsiveness
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
