Qualifications

• Knowledge of international cuisines and precise cooking techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to Nikki Beach standards.
• Lead, train, and support commis chefs or apprentices in your area.
• Organize mise en place for service and special events.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Receive, store, and organize produce in your section.
• Maintain portion control, minimize waste, and follow recipes consistently.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Communicate section needs and challenges to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
• Contribute to daily cleaning routines and deep cleaning after service.
