A global energy management company is seeking a Talent Attraction Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will manage a talent pool and collaborate with managers to recruit interns and apprentices, ensuring a 'best in class' candidate experience. Ideally, candidates graduated with a Master's in Human Resources and possess experience in high-volume recruiting environments. Strong communication skills in both English and French are necessary, alongside proficiency in key sourcing tools.

Qualifications

  • Graduated with a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources.
  • Experience in recruiting interns and/or apprentices in high-volume contexts.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and interview techniques.

Context

As part of the Talent Attraction Campus France team and within the framework of a 6-month fixed-term contract, you will support the business in building a talent pipeline that meets future skills needs, in line with Workforce and Career Management for the scope under your responsibility.

Your Role

You will play a key role in creating and managing the talent pool, working closely with managers and HRBPs, and recruiting talents up to permanent contracts from Campus programs.

Your Missions
  • Talent Attraction:
    • Understand business strategy and target skills,
    • Build a talent pool through Apprenticeship, Internship and VIE programs,
    • Coordinate regular follow‑up of the talent pool with managers and HRBPs,
    • Recruit talents up to permanent contracts post Apprenticeship/Internship/VIE,
    • Implement a ‘best in class’ candidate experience,
    • Ensure data quality in HR tools.
  • Campus Management:
    • Collaborate with Employer Branding Manager,
    • Use school pipelines (CRM) for sourcing,
    • Act as Schneider Electric ambassador towards students.
Your Profile
  • Graduated with a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources.
  • Experience in recruiting interns and/or apprentices in high-volume contexts.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Sourcing tools,
    • Interview techniques,
    • Professional social networks.
Your Skills
  • Ability to work in a network and collaborate,
  • Excellent client relationship, rigor and organization,
  • Strong oral and written communication, fluent in English and French.
